Learning outcomes 

On completion of the course the successful student will be able to

  • plan, implement and evaluate a small-scale research or development project on the topics related to diversity management
  • work purposefully and effectively in a multicultural environment
  • interact successfully in a multicultural environment
  • report the key findings or results of his/her project in speech and writing
 
Content 

Project kick-off: setting project aims, stages, phases and milestones (4 h), collecting relevant data from different sources, launching and implementing a project, project evaluation, presentation of the project outcomes in a seminar (6 h), project closure: written project report

 
Modes of study 

Kick-off seminar 4 h, steering of project groups 6 h (milestones), implementing, project reporting and evaluation 99 h, preparing for the final seminar 20 h, seminar 6 h.
